Refund policy

HASSLE FREE RETURNS: We want you to be happy! Products may be returned for a full refund, up to 30 days after purchase. Simply call us at 574-273-1214 or email us at support@childtherapytoys.com for return instructions.

We will initiate a claim if merchandise is lost in transit or arrives damaged, and will work directly with the carrier to cover your merchandise.

Sand Return Policy: Unfortunately, Play Sand, Kinetic Sand, and Shape-It (Moon) Sand is not considered sanitary once it has been opened, so opened packages may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs: Return Shipping Costs are free for returned orders that are damaged, lost or incorrect. Return Shipping Costs for all other returned orders and products are the sender's responsibility and the Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
