FAQ
(1) Q: How much is shipping for my order?
A: Standard and Expedited Shipping Options are available within the Continental U.S. The costs for all available shipping options in your area are calculated and provided during the Check-out process before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are based on weight, delivery address and the selected carrier service rates.
Orders placed Monday through Friday BEFORE 12PM EST (noon) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12PM EST (noon) and orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped out the following business day.
You may also obtain a shipping quote online by adding your desired items to the shopping cart and using the "Calculate Shipping" function in the Shopping Cart screen to display the shipping costs of all delivery options available for your area.
International Orders are processed and shipped with one of our partners; Webinterpret or GlobalShopEx. Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the International Check-out process before you finalize your order.

(2) Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of shipping services for the convenience of our customers, both domestic and worldwide.
(3) Q: How can I place an order?
A: We offer four convenient ways to place your order:
ONLINE: Our online store is the fastest and simplest way to shop at childtherapytoys.com. Our site is fully secure. Credit card orders are processed by Shopify, a leading provider of secure credit card transactions on the web. We never save credit card numbers and do not have access to the credit card numbers of our clients.

(4) Q: How do I remove something from my shopping cart, or change the quantity I ordered?
A: Change the value in the quantity box to the desired number (0 if you want to remove the item) and click the ‘recalculate’ button under the shopping cart to update your totals. Back to top of page.
(5) Q: Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
A: Sales tax is assessed automatically at checkout for many states. Tax-exempt organizations can order online without sales tax by registering for a customer account here and emailing us proof of your tax exemption. After documentation is received we will enable tax-exempt ordering for your account and notify you by email. If you already placed an exempt order without creating an account and need your sales tax refunded, please append your order number to proof of your tax-exempt status and email it to us here. (6) Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: We are happy to accept purchase orders from publicly-funded non-profit agencies in the US, as well as from local, state and federal agencies. Orders may be placed online through our website, emailed to us at purchaseorders@childtherapytoys.com
PLEASE INCLUDE A CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SO THAT WE MAY SEND A CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED.
If placing your order online, please have your AP or Purchasing Department send us a signed copy of the purchase order via email (purchaseorders@childtherapytoys.com).
All terms are Net 30. If your Accounts Payable department would prefer to be billed electronically, please include that email address on your purchase order also. Back to top of page.
(7) Q: What is your return policy?
A: HASSLE FREE RETURNS - We want you to be happy! Products may be returned for a full refund, up to 30 days after purchase. Simply email us for return instructions. We will initiate a claim if merchandise is lost in transit or arrives damaged, and will work directly with the carrier to cover your merchandise.
Sand Return Policy: Unfortunately, Play Sand, Kinetic Sand, and Shape-It (Moon) Sand is not considered sanitary once it has been opened, so opened packages may not be returned or exchanged.

(8) Q: I am not done shopping, but I don’t want to lose my cart. Can I save it?
A: Yes! Click the 'Save and Share' button in the lower right and corner of your screen, or at the bottom of your cart. This button will open a new window that will provide a URL address that you can copy and email to yourself or share with a colleague. Back to top of page.
(9) Q: Can I just make a list of the items I’m interested in?
A: Yes. Create a “Wish List” by clicking the Wish List button for each item you're interested in. Be sure to create and/or open your account page first. You must be logged in to save to your wishlist or review your wish list. Back to top of page.
(10) Q: Do you offer discounts for items purchased in bulk?
A: We may be able to offer a discount for an item purchased in quantities of 6 or more. Please email us if you are interested in purchasing in bulk and we will be happy to prepare a quote. Back to top of page.
(11) Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: As part of our ongoing efforts to be a green company (which includes recycling boxes and packing material, as well as using biodegradable cornstarch peanuts instead of styrofoam), we do not maintain a print catalog. Instead, you can find a comprehensive listing of our inventory on our website, www.childtherapytoys.com, where new items are added weekly.
