These great wrist weights can aid in strength building and can also ground the wearer. Made of soft blue fleece, these weights do not have noisy or scratchy velcro  closures. The circumference is 5 inches, and can stretch to 8 inches.  One size fits most. Each wrist weight weighs .25 lbs.
