Childtherapytoys.com was founded by child psychologist, Gary Yorke, Ph.D. and Jane Yorke, M.A., to provide play therapy products to mental health professionals who work with children. We have worked hard to find quality play room toys and games that last and facilitate therapy. We are constantly adding new products, which can be viewed on our New Products Pages.  Working out of our garage for the first few years we were in business proved to be quite a challenge! However, thanks to the ever increasing demand for quality sand play and play therapy products we have been able to expand and now occupy a 3,000 square foot warehouse.  We carry over 2,200 products selected by Dr. Yorke and the many therapists who shop with us. Many of these items are unique to childtherapytoys.com.  In addition, we now have a full time Operations Manager and a three person crew running our warehouse. All of us are committed to good customer service and will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to fill your orders and rectify and problems you may experience. My First Therapy Game was designed by Dr. Gary Yorke, a child psychologist, to introduce children to psychotherapy using a game format familiar to children. Field-tested with children ages six to twelve years old, My First Therapy Game is Kid Approved. Five sets of cards are included in each game: Feelings, Problem Solving, Relationships, Cooperating and Sharing, and Talking. The cards and game format are easily understood and enjoyed. While My First Therapy Game was designed with the early stages of therapy in mind, it can also be played during the middle and later stages of therapy.
