RETURN POLICY: We
want you to be happy! Orders
may be returned in saleable condition
and original package for a full
refund, up to 45 days after purchase.
After 45 days there is a 20% restocking
fee. We are not responsible
for return shipping charges. Items
that are received damaged by you
receive a full refund. However,
foreign orders are shipped at purchaser’s
risk. We will initiate a claim
if merchandise arrives damaged
and work with Priority Post to
cover your merchandise. Please
call or email before returning
items.
We are not a lending
library or a review copy
service. Therefore,
we do charge a restocking
fee for returns of more
than four items and orders
over 300 dollars. Restocking
fee is 20%.
Enhanced game return
policy: Ever buy
a game, use it, and just
hate it? Or it just doesn't
do what you want it to
do? Maybe your clients
won't play it. Well, we
have a solution. Return
any used game within 60
days and receive an 80%
refund. The rules are simple.
It must be in the original
box, all the pieces should
be there, and we need a
copy of your receipt. That's
it. Now for a few bucks
you can try any game and
if it doesn't work, we'll
take it back! |

We now offer a variety of
shipping services to better
serve our customers.
Shipping charges are based
on weight of parcel and shipping
zone. Exact cost will
be displayed in your online
shopping cart once you enter
your shipping zip/postal code
and press "Recalculate" (subject
to offline verification). Be
sure to press "Recalculate" to
display any adjustments when
you make changes to your order.
NOTE: Some large items made
of wood, such as dollhouses,
sand trays, and furniture,
will have an additional shipping
charge due to the size and
weight of the package. The
amount will be included the
final calculation you see in
the online shopping cart. Most
oversized packages, and packages
over 70 pounds, cannot be shipped
Priority Mail.
USA:
In the USA, you can choose
Priority Mail, UPS Ground,
or UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day
Express, or 3 Day Select Service
for faster, expedited service.
Most oversized packages, and

in the Continental USA and
generally takes 4-7 days
CANADA:
For Canadian shipments, we
offer USPS Priority Mail International
and UPS services (UPS Standard,

brokerage fee, payable to UPS
by the receiver, for handling
the customs transaction. Customs
fees may also be collected
by your local post office when
using USPS Priority Mail. Most
oversized packages, and packages
over 70 pounds, cannot be shipped
Priority Mail. Packages to
Canada generally take 4-10
business days, but this can
vary depending on local post
office service.
INTERNATIONAL:
For international shipments,
we offer Priority Mail International
and UPS services (UPS Express,
UPS Expedited) to most countries.
