(1) Q: How much is shipping for my order?
A: Shipping costs depend on how heavy your order is, where it is being delivered to, and the carrier you select. You may obtain a shipping quote online before checking out by filling your online shopping cart and entering your delivery information. Once entered, click the ‘recalculate’ button and the page will refresh and show you the different prices for the different delivery services available for your area.
Shipping is FREE on all books and games shipped within the continental US. Shipping is also FREE on orders over $39 shipped within the continental US. (2) Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of shipping services for the convenience of our customers, both domestic and worldwide. NOTE: Some large items made of wood, such as dollhouses, sand trays, and furniture, will have an additional shipping charge due to the size and weight of the package. The amount will be included in the final calculation you see in the online shopping cart.
USA: In the USA, you can choose Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Express, or 3 Day Select Service for faster, expedited service. Most oversized packages, and packages over 70 pounds, cannot be shipped Priority Mail. UPS Ground delivery is only available in the Continental USA and generally takes 4-7 days. Items qualifying for free shipping may be shipped by First Class Mail, Media Mail or Parcel Post.
CANADA: For Canadian shipments, we offer USPS Priority Mail International and UPS services (UPS Standard, UPS Express, and UPS Expedited). Most oversized packages, and packages over 70 pounds, cannot be shipped Priority Mail. Packages to Canada generally take 4-10 business days, but this can vary depending on local post office service.

A: We offer four convenient ways to place your order:
ONLINE: Our online store is the fastest and simplest way to shop at childtherapytoys.com. Our site is fully secure. Credit card orders are processed by Authorize.net, a leading provider of secure credit card transactions on the web. We never save credit card numbers and do not have access to the credit card numbers of our clients.
FAX: Fax a completed order form and we'll ship your order in the next 24 hours.

(4) Q: How do I remove something from my shopping cart, or change the quantity

(5) Q: Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
A: Currently, only our fellow Texans are subject to sales tax as that is where our warehouse is located. Any sales tax due is assessed automatically at checkout. Tax-exempt organizations based in Texas will have their sales tax refunded. Please append your five-digit order number with proof of your tax-exempt status and fax it to us at 512-306-1360. (6) Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: We are happy to accept purchase orders from publicly-funded non-profit agencies in the US and Canada, as well as from local, state, and federal agencies. Purchase Orders may be placed online through our website, or faxed to us at 512-306-1360. PLEASE INCLUDE A CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR ORDER SO THAT WE MAY SEND A CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED, AS WELL AS TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE THE ORDER SHIPS. All terms are Net 30. (7) Q: How can I obtain a price quote before ordering?
A: A complete quote with shipping can be obtained through the website prior to checkout by placing all of the desired items in your shopping cart and scrolling to the box underneath which requests your country of delivery and zip code/postal code (if applicable). Once entered, click the ‘recalculate’ button and the page will refresh and show you the different prices for the different delivery services available for your area. Once you have made your shipping selection, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘checkout’ again. (8) Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be happy! Most orders may be returned in saleable condition and original package for a full refund, up to 45 days after purchase. After 45 days there is a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Items that are received damaged by you receive a full refund. However, foreign orders are shipped at purchaser’s risk. We will initiate a claim if merchandise arrives damaged and work with Priority Post or UPS to cover your merchandise. Please call or email before returning items.
We are not a lending library or a review copy service. Therefore, we do charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders over $300.
Enhanced game return policy: Ever buy a game, use it, and just hate it? Or it just doesn't do what you want it to do? Maybe your clients won't play it. Well, we have a solution. Return any used game within 90 days and receive an 80% refund. The rules are simple: It must be in the original box, all the pieces should be there, and we need a copy of your receipt. That's it. Now for a few bucks you can try any game and if it doesn't work, we'll take it back!
Sand return policy: Unfortunately, Play Sand and Moon Sand may not be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened. Back to top of page.
(9) Q: I am not done shopping, but I don’t want to lose my cart. Can I save it?
A: Yes! There are three ways to save your cart:
 Save the cart page to your Favorites (Bookmarks), and your cart will remain current unless you clear the cookies from your browser.
 Just keep the cart page open, and your shopping cart will remain active for 21 days (or until you either clear your browser’s cookies or close the page).
