The Use, Abuse and Recovery Game

A game designed to help clients trying to give up self-defeating behaviors such as drinking, smoking, using drugs and over-eating. The game helps individuals identify and eliminate the irrational thoughts contributing to unhealthy habits. The non-threatening game format will encourage even your most most resistant clients to open up. Your groups will become more trusting and cohesive. Clients will have fun playing the game, but will also be learning important skills. Counselors are using the game with a variety of groups and clients including: - Substance Abuse Groups - Smoking Cessation Groups - Wellness Groups - Weight Control Groups -Adolescents and Adults
