IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BUYING MOON SAND: Moon Sand is available in two consistencies, light weight and heavy weight. Two pounds of light weight Delta Moon Sand is the same volume as 5 pounds of heavy weight Delta Moon Sand. In other words, two pounds of light weight sand gives you the same amount of play material, and is going to occupy the same amount of space in your sand tray, as 5 pounds of heavy weight. The only difference is the density of the sand.

2) WHY BUY MULTIPLE COLORS? When you mix colored moon sand together you get the same thing you get when you mix different colors of Playdoh together. A mess!

We recommend using one color at a time.
